How long does it take? - Essays will generally be completed on the same day as they are received. However, please allow up to 5 working days from receipt.

I'm in a hurry! - If you need your work completed in less than 5 days, please telephone or email us and we can set a deadline. There is no charge for prioritising your work, so please contact us if you need this service.

You can also speed things up by paying online with credit or debit or debit card. Or if you do not have either, send an uncrossed postal order with your work. You can send work in quickly by faxing it to us. Or scanning it and emailing it to us. We can also return your work printed and ready to hand in by special delivery. Please contact us and we will try to help you in every way we can.

You don't have a suitable tariff for my essay - If your essay's word count is more than 100 words over any package limit, we will charge £0.50 per additional 100 words. If you are unsure of how much to pay, or would like to discuss your requirements please do not hesitate to contact us.

How do I claim a Discount? - For proof of dyslexia, learning difficulties or physical disabilities please enclose a letter from your college, university, GP or any other qualified professional or proof of membership to any relevant registered charity or organisation.For an NUS discount, please enclose a photocopy of your membership card. Discounts cannot be claimed by any third parties.

How do I pay? - You will be emailed with your invoice and you can pay instantly with credit/debit card. Alternatively, please send your cheque or postal order to Assistant Online, PO BOX 53220, London, N3 1LN. Please make cheques payable to "Y Sawabe".

Will you change it? - No, your work will be typed accurately, only spelling or grammatical errors will be corrected.

Will you write my essay or dissertation for me? - Absolutely not . Please note that we are not an essay writing service. We are also unable to accept work if we believe it is plagiarised.

Can you print my work for me? - Yes, there is a charge of £0.10 per page and return postage costs. We use 100gsm quality white paper. If you would like your work printed, please let us know.

How is my work returned? - Your essay is typed using Microsoft Word and emailed as an attachment. Unless otherwise specified work will be in black, Arial font size 10, single spaced. We can also return work in pdf format. Unfortunately we cannot return work in Mac friendly formats.

Anything else I should know? - On very rare occasions, we will charge a small extra fee, if for any other reason, we believe a particular piece of work will take a significantly longer period of of time to type than is usual. This is only in extreme circumstances. e.g. if we need to use a magnifying glass to read the page. We will always contact you and advise you if this is the case. This charge is not applied to students who apply for discounts for disabilities or difficulties that affect writing.
