How to use our service

Step 1 Download an order form by clicking here. Save the file onto your computer. We suggest the Desktop or My Documents folder. If you have any problems downloading this form, please contact us.

Step 2 Fill in the form and print it out. Attach a copy of your essay or dissertation. As well as handwritten essays, we can also accept mini cassettes, audio tapes and digital sound files for transcription.

Step 3 Send the form and your work to Assistant Online, PO Box 53220. London, N3 1LN. Alternatively you can fax us or email us.

Step 4 Payment can be made online with a debit or credit card. Once your typing has been completed we will email you with your invoice. For more payment details, please see below.

Our price includes all parts of the essay or dissertation, such as the bibliography and appendices, not included in the official word count.

Payment

Payment can be made through credit/debit card, cheque or postal orders. When you fill in the order form, please select how you would like to pay.

Paying by credit or debit card is simple and secure via Paypal. You do not need to be a member to use this service.

If you are paying by cheque or postal order, we recommend you enclose payment with your work so that we can return your essay or dissertation quickly to you. Please note that essays will not be returned until payment has cleared. If you are in a hurry, we recommend you pay online.
