Create a comprehensive summary of your nutrients for those three days in the form of a table. Be very specific and include nutrients beyond the macronutrients carbohydrates, protein and fats. Write a detailed summary that explains your results. What are the health implications you are possibly facing? Tie your responses directly back to what you have learned in this course and include the data from your analysis to support your statements. For example, if you were high on sodium intake, you would then discuss this in terms of how much you consumed on average over those three days in comparison to how much you should consume, explain the possible health implications of consuming too much sodium, and provide ways you could change your diet to lower your intake. Your nutrient values should appear in the form of a chart and/or within the body of your summary.
