In task 2, you are to produce two parts of the report. The first part of the report will provide the background of the case study with detailed identification and explanation of the ethical dilemma in the case study. Your company’s CEO is particularly keen to see your identification and understanding of conflicts of interest of various stakeholder groups. Note that this section is merely descriptive and concentrate on the analysis of what is. No normative judgements (i.e., what is right or wrong and why and what ought to be done) should be given at this stage of the project. Once all the relevant facts are understood and conflicts of interest identified, you will provide a section describing why the chosen ethical framework is suitable for the purpose of applying it to the moral dilemma.
