Consumer Communications “think piece”

I perceive the technological changes in the modern world as an excellent opportunity to create consumer communications approaches for businesses.  After graduation, I can see myself creating mobility in social media to deliver connectivity that has never been imagined before. In my thinking, consumer communication is a two-way issue which keeps advancing with the emergence of new marketing platforms.  I can imagine creating my own social media platform that boosts consumer communications on different brands.   Many people in urban and rural areas can access various social media platforms, and this creates an excellent opportunity to connect the consumers.  Would it not be interesting to connect consumers from different regions globally? I can imagine a scenario where consumers from America shares insights about the same brands with those from Europe.  I think this is the greatest achievement I can have in the industry.

Creating a platform to boost consumer communications will not only increase the sales but will also create a platform to share social issues such as fighting obesity through consumption or not consuming particular brands.  In doing so, I would be applying my skills to create a better society as people will have a platform to share more information about specific brands in the market.    Creating consumer communication platform will boost the industry through diversification of consumption behaviors.  I think this can be a great achievement towards raising sales of different brands at both local and international markets.  The consumers will exchange ideas on what appeals them most and criticize what seems substandard thus making my self great in the industry after graduating from college.
