Students will divide into groups. Each group will be responsible for identifying, inviting, and hosting one visiting group. The instructor will discuss this project in class on week one. each student (individually) will also write up an approximately 2-3 page paper, describing: 1. what it was like to work with my group (group process) 2. what l learned about myself in the process (e.g., hidden biases, strengths in facilitating, limitations, etc.)
