The employees wanted to leave from the organization because they felt that the organization is only concerned with achieving goals instead of involving and valuing the contributions of the workers.

In consideration of my leadership style, I would adopt a democratic leadership style in the organization. The technique will provide a platform where the employees will be given a priority along with achieving the goals and objectives of the organization. Under this kind of leadership, the employees will be given a chance to participate in decision making in the organization. It means that the leading powers in this style will be decentralized and everyone will fell as part of the governing team. The only distinction between the workers and the manager will be kind of respect that exists. The style also ensures the facts of equity and equality among the whole staff without any form of discrimination. Autocratic leadership discourages the workers in giving their best to the organization. The leadership style may also lead to the collapse of the organization because the workers will be leaving the organization to look for better leadership management.  A good leader should be honest to the workers since they are the one that determined the position and reputation of the organization.  Leaders should also be courageous, competent and creative. The adoption of these values will help the leader to be fair to workers, and as a result, a democratic leader is developed in the organization. Democratic leadership also ensures the unity and prosperity of the organization.
