Therefore, there is a great need to consider how these two data set among these players can be combined and come up with players that would result to more productivity and outcomes through their performance and engagement in particular activities. Therefore, the maximum number of volume that a player will be able to hold in this case plays a significant impact in influencing the duration and how well they can engage in given activity thus affecting their performance in general. On the other hand, the peak power and fatigue indexes I of these players and most important the maximum volume of oxygen that a play can hold in this case will have no impact on the strength of a game this will not affect the engagement of a given play in any way. As a result, it is essential to focus mainly on both these Wingate 30 second cycle test, VO3max and most important the quad/ham strength of these people to ensure effectiveness and maximum contribution to the activities they these players should be engaging in general.
