Human Development

Introduction

Human development entails several stages. Some of them include psychosocial, cognitive together with the moral. Each step has its application with a different category of age(s). Besides, the stages have varied impacts both adverse and positive, therefore interfering with one’s development. The effects posed differs from one individual to another thus a clear indication of varied challenges. In this connection, this focuses on cognitive childhood development and the reasons behind its choice.

According to the data given, I would prefer the age between one to fifteen years. During this period, its child’s most significant moments to develop. Also, the stage of development is cognitive especially in the childhood section. Piaget established it. Also, the step involves intellectual growth and other aspects to be considered. The reasons behind this choice are because of the following: first, the children are taught on how manipulation and controlling of the environment should be without altering its nature. Interestingly, the children are exposed to what the world is demanding especially at a societal level.

Further, I agree with cognitive developmental theories on this age of childhood. They are that the children are fully exposed to the world which enables themselves to explore the world making them have insights on what is happening to the surrounding and methods of alleviating what might be the threats towards their conducive environment. In summary, cognitive development as a stage has positive implications towards the children; it is my hope that they are greatly influenced and given solutions to aid in providing a clean environment.
