Interview questions based on the research questions : What is the impact of formalization, centralization and complexity on attitudes? What is the impact of formalization, centralization and complexity on behaviors? This has to be a one page for 1 hour interview for qualitative methods. I have included the interview questions i just need them to be selected according to the research questions above, meaning which ones would give the proper answers for my research and convert them to open-ended questions.
