Likewise,they should expand the available resources, management systems, and continuous improvement techniques to enable them to solve any emerging challenges.Additionally, organizations need to improve on how they minimize the impacts of human variation (Laureani and Antony, 13). They should work on refining techniques like visual management and fault proofing to eradicate human error and its consequences. Accordingly, organizations should develop a more effective LSS technique if they want to remain successful in the competitive business world.
The success rate of a firm depends on the type of quality improvement method it uses. Likewise, most companies prefer the LSS approach. However, companies should improve that technique if they want to survive in a dynamic and competitive business environment. The improvements should focus on better strategic thinking, holistic growth, and reducing human error. Similarly, companies should work on the three sections because they will have a better chance of succeeding in the future.
