Literature Search, Rapid Critical Appraisal, and Summarization

NEED WITHIN 24-48 HOURS PLEASE READ ATTACHED EMAIL AND FOLLOW THOSE INSTRUCTIONS, AS IT IS ALSO THE SAME AS BELOW. Remember that this is a scholarly submission. You should not be writing things like “I think…” or “I chose…” and you shouldn’t use first person. I’ll give you some examples. If you were going to write something like, “I chose this article by Jones (2014) because…” INSTEAD, you should write, “Jones (2014) found that….” If you were going to write something like, “I think this article is applicable because…”, INSTEAD, you’d write, “Jones (2014) researched [topic] and reported that…” Does that make sense? As well, just a reminder that there is more than one part to this assignment. Be sure to read the instructions: For this assignment, you will locate a minimum of 4 research articles related to the topic (Effects of cigarette smoking on developing cardiovascular and respiratory diseases) The articles must be current (2002 to the present), and two articles must be quantitative, and two articles must be qualitative. There are two parts to this assignment. Part 1: Complete a Rapid Critical Appraisal Checklist chart for each research article (4 total). I have attached a blank Rapid Critical Appraisal Checklist here. Part II: Write s summary (2–3 pages) Describe the similarities and differences among the four research articles. You should: Use current APA format to style your paper and to cite your sources. Submit the 4 completed charts along with your summary.
