You are only resposible for section 3 Sales or Revenue Forecast Sales or Revenue forecast (Professor Forbes’s Tips) This you all have been working on right along- By estimating your total target market and multiplying this figure by the percentage of penetration you can then multiply this number by the average sales and develop a revenue figure. Remember if you have multiple product/service offerings you would want to include what you see to be the average sale from each. However, for this exercise, you are free just to develop a figure for your average sale and quickly define it (i.e. “we believe that from the overall offerings of the company the average customer will generate an average sale of $XXX.xx”). This figure can increase as you see fit (within reason) for the first five years
