I am looking forward to hearing about what you learn. Let’s be clear in the their is Agile methodology in Project Management but we use Agile in a number of areas as well. I often talk about the Agile Mindset which applies some of the flexibility and ingenuity of Agile to how we think. Most of us are creatures of habit and do things the way we have always done it because we have enjoyed success that way. Agile mindset give us a way to think differently for possibly greater success.

 

A project scope statement is used to define the end result of a project. Its purpose is to define as clearly as possible what the project will deliver to the customer. What questions should the scope statement answer?
