Create a topic for your figure to speak or write on. Using what you know of his/her style, develop an essay . Write in the voice of the speaker, but use your own words. At the beginning of your essay, state the speaker, setting, and topic. Analyze: In a paragraph or two, defend your imitation of the speaker’s style. What techniques did you use that were similar to ones the speaker uses?
