Any leader should be genuine to the workers in explaining the issues of the organization and the strategies that should be taken to achieve the objectives.  A strong leader can apply the power, influence, authenticity and advocacy to motivate the team of the organization to ensure that there is the growth of the organization.

There is a model of leadership that is adopted that has resulted to thriving, and it is the philosophy that focuses on enriching the lives of others and builds better organizations and plays a role in creating a caring world.  Servant leadership focuses on prioritising the needs of the team members before one’s needs and hence building a healthy relationship.  Servant leadership is essential since it provides the employees with an opportunity to make crucial decisions about the organization which brings satisfaction of the team members.  Through servant leadership, every member of the team or the organization can share ideas and values and hence the team members are satisfied and therefore motivated to the growth of the organization.  Another reason why team servant leadership has been adopted is that it influences team building in the organization.  servant leadership, especially in a diverse workplace, allows a democratic style in which every member is helped to contribute to the team based on the experiences and skills. The team members are allowed to collaborate and show their skills and the collaboration builds strong teams that work to the achievement of the organizational goals.  Leaders have adopted the servant leadership model which has several advantages that result in the growth of the organizations.
