Discuss the differences and similarities between the presidential and parliamentary systems, including the executive and legislative branches. Which system do you feel serves its citizen better? Why? Parliamentary democracies have a chief executive who is held accountable by to the legislature. The legislative body retains the authority to dismiss the chief executive.
