Please read thoroughly before bidding please. My topic is Critical Thinking with Innovative Simulation or Technology in Adult Education Reflective Practice and Career Goals Overview People who understand their purpose are more likely to gain the full value of their education. Purpose serves as both an anchor and an inspiration as you take on the challenge of real learning. Your purpose is something that is unique to you. Your purpose draws on the passions, strengths, and relationships that energize you. Purpose is what drives you to contribute to something greater than yourself and to make a difference in the lives of others. What you do in this exploration will help you see more clearly what you have to offer and why it is important. Do not be surprised if your purpose statement evolves as you grow throughout your studies and your life journey. But do make the most of this current moment to stop and reflect on what is truly important: the purpose that nobody else is qualified to live out in the same way you can. Effective educators continuously reflect on their professional actions and consequences to identify growth areas and professional development strategies designed to improve performance. As you begin your first course in your program, you will explore resources and readings relevant to self-reflection, professional goals, career aspirations, and time management strategies. For this assignment, write a paper that presents your professional purpose, career goals, professional attributes, use of the career center, and identification of specific time management strategies for your success development. Note to PhD Learners: During the time between your PhD residencies, you will be required to develop a preparation plan that will be similar to this Reflective Practice and Career Goals paper. You will take feedback you receive in the Track 1 residency and develop an action plan detailing what you plan to do between the residencies. Development of this action plan will be an ongoing process that will push you to self-reflect throughout your program. Instructions Before you begin your paper, examine the Reflective Practice and Career Goals Scoring Guide (linked in the Resources) to see the grading criteria for this assignment. Next, download the Sample Course Paper Template and the Unit 2 Writing Revision Matrix . Use the Sample Course Paper Template as a guide for formatting and organizing your course papers.
