Self Motivation and Stress Reduction

Design a personal and specific system of self-motivation and stress reduction. Provide examples of each step. Please use the “Active Solutions to Reduce Stress” as a guideline. Instructions: Please select three personal sources of stress that need remediation (Ex: Lack of support from a friend). Pick one of the three that can be remediated within two weeks. This can facilitate a positive mood within that time. Please proceed through steps 2 through 7 and provide examples of ways that you can increase your own energy in each step (Eg. 2 a-e, 3 a-b, 4 a-c, 5, 6 a-b and 7). An example in structuring time for leisure time activities that facilitate your mood (Eg. biking, photography, music, tennis etc.). The more active your role in facilitating your own mood, the more likely you are to be self-motivated and reduce your own stress. Hint: Reseach shows that awareness of an issue is the first step in remediation. When you can focus on the most significant source of stress and resolve to deal with it within a two-week period. For example, if you need support from a friend, you meet with that friend to discuss your needs with two weeks. Steps 2 through 8 are designed to reduce your own stress and increase your own mobility to motivate yourself. Please provide examples of ways to utilize each step (e.g. 2 a, b, c, d, e)
