This paper MUST include the following 9 components: 1. An introductory paragraph introducing topic and what to expect in paper; 2. A policy topic that interests you, which identifies a policy topic that addresses a social problem, area of need, and/or area of opportunity that interests you; 3. A discussion the implications for the understanding and practice of leadership to implement this systemic change; 9.
