Many are the problems organization experience; some problems lead to the closing of the organization because of being unable to maintain while others struggle to get back their organization at a  point where they were. Such problems that make the organization not to achieve their goals include the customer’s service, the technology, poor performance, the cost, financial management and being uncertain about the future. Customer service. The weak services that the customers receive in the organization contribute a lot in the failing of the business since most of the customers prefer going somewhere else where they will be treated with respected.Technology.The organization is failing due to the lack of technology that is most needed to get information on how to make an organization successful as well as knowing the tips that other business uses to be successful.

 Poor performance. It involves failing in the market and especially when the members are not well skilled on how to conduct the company and also in the sectors where there is no cooperation between the employees or the organization. Financial management occurs when the department of the finance is handled by many people that are not well trained on how to spend money and hence making it a challenge to the business since it can fall anytime if it lacks finance to cater for expenses. Cost, lack of enough cost to start and maintain the organization is a challenge and especially when there is a need to operate a large organization( Kanki,2019). As a result, it contributes to a failure in the business when trying to manage the large organization with less capital which is impossible. An open-ended question with the named problems in a particular organization. In your opinion how can those challenges in the business be solved?

Performance management refers to the set of activities which ensures that the goals set can meet the behaviors productively and efficiently. It focuses on the performance of the organization, departments in the organization and the employees in ensuring that the organization can achieve a particular task. It focuses on making sure that employees are satisfied with the department they are working in, which as a result contributes to a better performance of the organization. However, the performance management has set the features that every employee should attain which in return will give good feedback to the organization. With the help of the performance management in the organization, it will be successful in analyzing the challenges that organization face, why the problems occur, who contributed for those problems to happen and it will help to understand how to solve those problems. While viewing some of the challenges that the performance management faces it will be useful when framing out our analysis.

When focusing on the negative side of the organization, it will bring a clear definition as to why the problem occurs as compared to the positive side which will show the better side of the organization. For instance when there is no employee engagement, the absence of business employees, wasting time and the available resource, damaged relationship between the organization and the customers and lack of the rewards to the best performing employees. The concept is essential since it explains as to why the organization faces those problems which as a result of the poor performance of the organization. Also, it will demonstrate why there is favoritism to some employees while others are poorly treated. It will be successful the purpose of this concept is to ensure that both the employees and the organization are well to achieve and obtain the goals set by the organization. Concerning the question of `how can the organization problem be solved.’With The help of this concept, this question will be successfully answered. First, issues of the organization are solved successfully in the following ways:  First, through motivating of the workers. When employees get motivated by encouraging them and giving them gifts where necessary, it is an assurance that the problems of the organization will be solved hence making the organization to achieve its goals.

Second, employing the skilled personnel, it is advised to hire employees who have the experience since they will bring more production to the organization instead of making it operate under a loos. Third, the problems of the organization can be solved by encouraging employees to work as a team since many are better than one. Through working as a team, it will promote the slow employees also to work hard since every member has a portion of contributing to the goals of the organization. It is also encouraging them to maximize both time and the available materials to bring impacts in the organization hence eliminating the challenges in the organization( Martinez-Martinez et al.,2019). Finally, essentials steps to complete this analysis of the problems of the organization is through: Identifying of the question of the organization, describe the problem, find the causes of the issues, looking for the solution. Coming up with the plan on how to avoid such a problem again and they address the problem to the public to ensures that no organization can face those challenges because it is already solved. With the help of those steps in the organization, there will be the elimination of many problems that make an organization not to attain their goals.
