In the antisocial behavior assessment, I scored 42 while the average was 32. This score means that I am more inclined to engaging in antisocial behavior as the score is more than average. Antisocial behavior is described as intentional aggressiveness towards others. It is important for people to be more tolerant with their colleagues of bosses at work as it enhances relationships and reduces the aggressiveness towards others. Although I tend to think of myself as an ethical person, these scores show otherwise. How, Therefore, I will try to be more conscious of my behaviors at work and how I interact with people.

On the orderliness section, I scored 6 points out of 20 which means that I am less orderly and diligent than average. This score shows that I am more inclined to engage in unethical behavior than other people. A higher score in this section shows lower chances of engaging in unethical behavior. Diligence and orderliness are part of the personality traits that affect ethical behavior, especially at the workplace as ethical behavior borrows a lot from characteristics such as commitment and perseverance.

Finally, on positivity, I scored 19 which is more than the average of 15. People who are more positive towards their bosses and the working environment tend to be less unethical. This core contradicts the result from the other assessment. On average, my scores show that I have a higher likelihood of being unethical at the workplace. However, the situation in which one makes a decision also affects the morality of a decision as well as cultural norms. In such cases, a third party perceives the behavior in a totally different way. Nonetheless, understand the need to be ethical, and I will work towards being more social, positive and orderly.
