Apartheid policy had an impact on the psychology and psychology of the Democratic South Africa communities as they suffered injuries. According to Yadav 2000, equality advocates including Mandela were detained, but even in this situation Mandela developed an ‘M plan,’ and in 1961 he was released from prison. The segregation was evident as in May 1961 South Africa was declared a White Boer without the consultation of any Black African.

He is a political figure in history whose leadership skills are admirable and can be embraced.
