I think many parents put their children at-risk of experiencing behavioral aberration without their knowledge. They are usually engulfed in their own issues and life, something that affects how they view the bigger picture. It is supposed to be common sense that one’s actions are likely to affect their children in one way or another. This is why some children are born normal, but end up to experience developmental delays at some point in life.

I was looking forward to a direct answer on whether a child’s prior knowledge regarding a toy affects the way they play with it. Though this was not forthcoming, I have made a breakthrough in learning that the knowledge developed by children while they play with toys contributes significantly on how they engage with others. This is to mean that the activities that occur as they play can be used to assess their developmental achievements.

Other studies have also indicated that children with ASD that receive early support and high-quality education can end up being successful. I wonder if this would still be the case if these same children were put in physical proximity to other children suffering from ASD. This is because such a circumstance is likely to increase a child’s autistic-like behavior. Positive responses are usually experienced from inclusive experiences.

It is apparent that most instructional investigators support the aspect of embedding instructions into ongoing routines and activities in order to impact specific skills to children with disability. This makes me curious on why there does not exist a clear guidance on embedding. Various arguments being put forward are confusing since people are advocating different embedding techniques. This is somewhat overwhelming for someone trying to find what might work in a certain situation.
