This is because, when one consumes high amounts of fats and become obese or overweight, it should be understood that these are some of the risk factors of breast cancer.

Also, when people consume foods that have been exposed to chemicals like pesticides, their risk factors of developing whole issues are high. Many commercially grown foods like fruits, grain crops, and vegetables, are usually sprayed by pesticides to safeguard them from weed, insects, bacteria and other factors during their growth. Again, antibiotics help in the protection of livestock from parasites and other infections. Therefore, when such chemicals mix with the foods that are consumed by people, then the risk factors for health problems are very high including the risk of developing breast cancer.

Smoking

The effects of tobacco have been noted to have a high correlation with the development of many health issues including the risks of having breast cancer among young women. It has also been revealed that there is a strong relationship between subsequent smoking development of breast cancer among the older women (Barnard, Mollie, Boekeand Tamimi 79). Doctors also say that smoking can stimulate complications when treating breast cancer through inhaling problems after breast reconstruction and surgery and destruction of the lungs from radiation therapy.

Numerous other factors have been noted as the risk factors for the development of breast cancer, and they include low levels of vitamins D, exposure to the night light, dense breasts, lack of exercise, and alcohol consumption among others.

Prevention of the Risk Factors

Given that the above risk factors are some of the factors that steer the development of breast cancer, these risks can be prevented through adopting healthy lifestyles, like avoiding alcohol, smoking, excess fats, exposure to radiations, and having physical activities for body fitness.

In conclusion, there are a lot of factors that lead to the development of breast cancer. Some of these factors can be controlled while others are naturally occurring. It is costly to treat breast cancer and therefore if the safety precautions are adhered to by people, the issue of breast cancer can be minimized by evading the potential risk factors.
