My current health status can be described as healthy one. I do consume a very well balanced diet consisting of high-quality food.  My daily diet consists of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and white meat. I rarely consume junk foods. In addition, I drink a lot of water, and my weight is within the ideal range.  My Body Mass index (BMI) is 24 showing that I have normal weight. I have maintained my body weight for the last three years. I regularly do physical exercise and feel comfortable doing any form of exercise.

I have a good stress management strategy and always respond positively to stress. I always avoid consumption of drinks with high levels of nicotine and caffeine. I also avoid too much alcohol. I do not have a sleep problem, and I always get enough sleep of 8 hours a day. Within my busy schedule, I do find time to play basketball, especially in the evening, at least four times a week. I also have time for my family. I actively participate in social activities and community empowerment programs.

I always do my assigned role with much enthusiasm and vigor. I always love my work and often don’t get satisfied until achieving my set goal.  My cholesterol level is about 198 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL) which is considered desirable for adults. My LDL cholesterol levels 100 mg/dL and my HDL levels is 65 mg/dL.  My blood pressure is 112/78, which is ideal and healthy. I am always cooperative and purposeful in my interactions with others. I am clean and groomed appropriately for the occasion. I have not a family history of cancer, diabetes, schizophrenia, and obesity.  I always have a good relationship with friends and easily makes friends. I do not have any sexual disorder, and I always enjoy my sex life. It has been awesome. I am free from any pain or always feel normal except at times when I am overwhelmed I may feel a slight headache, which disappears after getting enough rest.

I can prove my health and wellness by ensuring I live a healthy lifestyle. I do exercise regularly, stay away from stressors in life, and eat healthy food such as a lot of vegetables, cereals, fruits, and white meat. These foods are associated with healthy living (Eliopoulos, 2018). At all-time I need to avoid junk food. Besides, I need to go for medical checkup quite often and avoid smoking. Smoking is the major cause of lung cancer (Masters, 2014). In addition, I should avoid conflicts with people and have time for, my family. Play is an important part of life, and even though my work schedule is in most cases tight, there is a high need to balance work and play.
