Clinoforms are normally inclined stratal horizons that occur over various spatial scales. The clinoform surfaces control aspects of architecture within the marine reservoir and impact the fluid flow and are generally mud-prone throughout the relative rise of the sea level.  The variation in the sloping margin between the clinoforms will help to improve our understanding of the effects that the sediment dispersal and deposition may have on the Reservoir’s thickness and seal quality in large scale carbonate clinoforms. This study will mainly focus on using FAD formation, to explain the reservoir’s attributes, and help in comprehend the depositional model in super huge troll hydrocarbon fields in reservoirs. This study will incorporate a geometry approach to aid in understanding the shape and the strata of a clinoform.  The variation in the clinoform along the continental reservoir margin for the documented data review will help to explain the factors such as sediment-delivery system type, the degree of shelf-edge channeling overtime during the FAD formation periods. 3-D seismic modeling review (e.g., Porcupine Basin) suggest that river with deltas are the most proficient delivery systems for dispersion and deposition.  During the study, we will review the documented resources on the characteristics features of the shelf-edge, slope and basin floor segments of clinoforms to understand the effects the deposition has on the reservoir thickness. The data presented show that fine-grained sandstones dominate proximal clinoforms and help to entirely the criteria of clinoform recognition of old delta scale. This research paper will consequently compare and contrast the HAD and HAF formation processes to FAD formation to help in the prediction of the area with good reservoirs and quality internal clinoform seals.
