The ethical approach is one that provides an exemplary performance for good for the high number of issues and things regarding the rights of a plan. An ethical approach focuses on the rights of an individual of items he or she chooses. Every person has an image that represents the better side of them-this represents the level of theiracts of standard behavior concerning the prescribed codes that are pertinent among people. The focus of the paper is to discuss the five ethical approaches which are useful for decision making.

Ethical Approaches for Decision Making

The Utilitarian Approach

Most ethicists believe that practical ethical approach provides the least harm to be applied in any other way. The method produces a greater balance between good and evil. In the corporate action, the practical approach produces a most excellent product that is less harmful to the people who are affected such as the employees, customers, community among others.

This decision-making approach is useful in balancing ethical warfare thus helps in ending terrorism amidst an overall balance of harm (Ferrell& Fraedrich, 2015). Overall, the plan deals with consequences and tries to reduce the damages done while increasing the good done.

The Rights Approach

This noble action respects and protects the moral rights of the parties that are affected. It starts with the belief that all human beings have dignity based on their nature and ability to choose whatever they what to do freely. According to the outlined basis, this approach of decision making uses human dignity to ensure a right to free treatment as the leading ends not merely a way to other purposes. List of moral reasons that help one to make comprehensive and concrete self-choices includes the kind of life which the person has chosen to lead, not to get injured, to be told the truth as well as to handle an excellent degree of privacy (Chen et al., 2018). The approach is widely argued with different ascensions are being made to support the rights of the non-human. The path denounces that all rights imply duties that should respect the rights of others.

Reading novels has been the most exciting part of my life. I usually spend more time perusing several pages day long to ascertain importance parts of the fiction. However, formulating a cohesive analysis has been challenging. Making a proper decision on the book content without changing the meaningful parts as well as the author’s intention is also bizarre. This changed my attitude from self-interpretation to discussion with others about this dilemma. Overall, having a practical approach forethical decision-making method is essential.
