Financial, Quality Aspect and Clinical Aspect of Implementation

After the discussions that I have had with my mentor, the following financial, quality and clinical aspects have to be taken into consideration before developing an evidence-base. The financial aspect of this project was a significant concern because everything involved finance. The following are the direct impacts; including the finance will be used to implement the educational procedures that have been proposed to solve this problem of the nurse shortage and poor quality of service provision(England, 2015. This will have a direct impact on the implementations. The ideas and technology will require resources and finance. The indirect impacts include recommendations such as successful technology that requires capital and finance. Implementing technology will also require a massive investment concerning the time needed to educate the nurses. This is an indirect impact. The financial aspects of the proposed project. Time is also spent before the panel approves a plan.

The quality aspect is crucial for the patients, especially regarding the patient outcome. The patient outcome is the direct impact. Educational initiatives will promote the variety of services that are given. Also, there are indirect impacts such as the implementation of the evidence-based practice that encourage the general quality of the service delivered. Clinical aspects have to be taken into consideration when working with this project. It is a direct impact that depends on whether the nurses will accept this project or not. Nurses continuously learn new initiatives and knowledge that is relevant to the patient that they are dealing with (England, 2015).  The indirect impact is the approvals have to be taken into consideration as they are the key to implementing the evidence-based practices. Nurses also need to be given time to research on the data that is required to improve the clinical performances. Evidence-based practice improves health care and patient outcomes. This project is meant to improve the quality outcomes for the patients and to help prevent problems caused by continuous nurse shortage. The financial impact will also guarantee a successful implementation.
