I will talk analyze the audience: the coworkers by human resource policies that will benefit them in the workplace.New systems are essential towards driving success in the organization by motivating both the employers and employees. Effective human resource policies are crucial in the management of the organization and the creation of competent and successful employers. A critical human resource policy applicable to the organization is the employment-at-will policy. The employers have the mandated powers to terminate the working relationship with the organization at will by issuing a notice or can terminate the relationship without an opinion.

I would adapt my message on the new human resource policies by first ensuring that I acknowledge the coworkers. The employers want policies that will favor their efforts in the workplace and motivate them to enhance fruitful motivation in the organization. I will structure the speech in such a way that I will deliver in the form expected by the audience. Finally, I will review the outline containing the audience’s message before using it.

I will use the studies which support human resource policies.Although the studies that I will use in the research do not provide all the evidence, they support the human resource policies thus deserve to be incorporated into the research findings (Ahmad, 2015). The studies support the policies, therefore, ensure that the audience will receive what they expect. Moreover, in the research outline, I will also include the functionalities of new human resource policies. I will create awareness on the benefits of having human resource policies not only to the employers but also the company.
