Gabriela carried herself with dignity and professionalism during her time here at the company. This was demonstrated on the way that she interacted with her team members and employees from other departments. She has not had any disciplinary issues since her arrival.

Comments on the intern’s interpersonal and team work skills:

Gabriela was getting along with other employees in her department. She was an integral part of the team while working on the allocated project since she was among the members that brought changes to the department hence improving efficiency. While conversing with the department’s team leader, he praised her for her good communication and listening skills.

Comments on the intern’s job assignment performance:

Her performance on the job met the required expectations consistently in all the vital areas of responsibility. Sometimes she even exceeded the expectations and the overall quality of her work was very good. Gabriela only requires minimal supervision and completes her work on a timely manner.

What do you consider the strength of this inter?

Gabriela’s major strength is good communication skills. She would express herself even in difficult conversations, and would not offend the other party. She was not afraid of speaking her mind where she thought things were not going as per expectations. This helped her to get along with other employees.

What areas need improvement?

Gabriela needs to improve a little bit when it comes to adapting to changes. Changes in any workplace are inevitable. It is always good to be prepared at all times and remain focused on the tasks at hand.

Based on the skills that she demonstrated, she is well suited to work in a variety of environments. It was evident that this was not the first time she was subjected to a workplace environment. The only thing I would recommend is for her to continue utilizing her strengths at all times, and she is good to go.
