Involving internal human resource consultants in issues of diversion incidents is a throatful idea, as they would aid in decision making. Typically, internal consultants play a role of driving success to an organization by driving solutions and becoming key players in any change management. In my opinion, to approach the issue of diversion incident, there would be a need to empower individuals to stop, act and question incorrect handling of controlled drugs. In this way, from the observation, internal consultants would become the key element of driving positive change in the health care organization. Health workers who handle controlled drugs need to be empowered to report matters that seem, and this necessitates the purpose of internal consultants.

In my opinion, regarding the restructuring in the project management, I support the force field analysis. Unlike considering a swot analysis, I think the force field analysis could be useful in making tough decisions when challenged with situations. The technique of force field would only require better identification of forces of change, plan description, assigning the scores, analyzation, and application. When using SWOT analysis in project management, it could limit individuals to the only known factors, but the use of force field enable consultants to go ahead and research all potential external threat or weaknesses. For example, by use of a force field analysis, it can be identified that driving forces include colleagues with skills to support the new model.

In my opinion, the reason as to why I would support a force field analysis is that the strategy help understands the priorities of an organization. In this way, managers can plan a project and advance an organization’s standards or services. For example, when approaching the advancement of employees’ positions, the force field analysis would make understand that the organization’s priority is the worker’s better performance or productivity. In this way, necessary measures can be enacted by a human resource such as applying benefit programs, to motivate workers as a way to elevate their performance. In a crisis where employees complain over unfair compensations, a force field can support decision making, and help develop a plan that ensures equity and fair workers’ treatment.
