Jesus’ Relationships

Jesus had a good relationship with his father because he was sent by his father to the world to die for the people so that they could be saved from their sins. There was no way that the people could not be saved their sins except through Jesus dying for their sins (John 20; 19-29 New King James Version). Jesus had a good relationship with his father who had sent him to the earth. Jesus had appeared to the disciples at a time when they had a fear of the Jews. He showed them that if they had faith and trust in God they had nothing to fear about because God would solve all their challenges that they would face later in their lives.

Jesus also had a good relationship with his disciples; the disciples believed that Jesus was the messiah who had come to save the world. The good relationship between Jesus and the disciples increased the faith of the disciples on God. The disciples obeyed the instructions of Jesus to spread the Gospel to the people. The disciples embraced the relationship that Jesus had with the father on the mission that the father had sent him to do here on the world (John 20; 19-29 New King James Version). The act of Jesus washing the feet of his disciples showed the respect and humility that he had. It was not normal for Jesus to wash the feet of his juniors. The disciples respected Jesus from this act.

The good relationship between Jesus and his disciples made the disciples to follow the instructions on spreading the gospel even after Jesus had left. The good relationship also helped Jesus in spreading the gospel to many people who had not heard about the Messiah.
