Research Objectives

The health of employees in the company is one of the most paramount issues that need to be taken into account. In this case, there are many cases where the employees are exposed to dangerous situations that might result in various health concern. As a company, there is often the need to get a good understanding of the risks that employees are exposed and trying to find out the best mitigating measures. The focus of this study is to identify the risk factors that the employees of the company are exposed to.

RO1:The study seeks to find out the risk that employees are involved in when carrying out daily responsibility.

RO2: The study also seeks to find out the impact that the substances might have on the health of the people.

RO3: The research would also seek to find out whether the employees are using any protective gears while doing their work.

RO4: The other focus of the study is also to find out if the company is providing any health covers in case the employees are involved in any serious issues.

RO5: There is also the focus on the need to understand whether the approaches that the company has been using in the case of an emergency are effective.

RO6: The last focus is on creating awareness among the employees on the need to take precaution while working.

Research Questions and Hypotheses

In understanding the issues that the employees are facing, there is a need to develop a hypothesis that would help to guide the research.

Example:

RQ1: Are there any risk that employees are involved in while in their work

H01: Employees are engaged in much health risk while they are working

HA1: The employees are not exposed to any health risk while they are working.

 

RQ2: Does the substance have any impact on the health of the employees.

H02: The substance that the employees are exposed to have a severe health impact on the lives of the people.

HA2: The substance that the employees are exposed does not have a health impact on the people

 

RQ3: Are there any protective gears that the employees use when they go to work

H03: The employees use some protective gears while going to work

HA3: The employees do not use any protective equipment while going to work

 

RQ4: Is the company providing any health covers or insurance for the employees who are exposed to of the danger at work

H04: The Company provides health cover for the employees who are involved in a dangerous substance.

HA4: The Company does not provide any health covers to the employees

 

RQ5: Are the methods that the company is using to deal with dangerous exposure effective

H05: The ways that the company is using to deal with hazardous employees exposure are effective.

HA5: The methods that the company is using to deal with dangerous employees exposure are not effective

 

RQ6: Is the company creating enough awareness among the employees on the exposure they interact with while working

H06: There is enough awareness among the employees on the disclosure that they interact with while working

HA6: There is not enough exposure among employees on the publicity they interact with while working.
