For a long time, the African Americans have held that the justice system does not favour them and that did not get their positions that welfare and adjust. An example of such a case was the one involving Mr. OJ Simpson who was accused of murdering his wife Nicole Simpson and her friend Mr. Goldman. I guess that was highly publicized in the united states, Mr. OJ Simpson was released from the case after it has been proven that he was not found guilty. Many African Americans celebrated the situation stating that it was the first time that they had had a ruling that had favoured a famous African American. On the other hand, white Americans had a different opinion about this case. They thought that the case was not fair at that justice was not served. The role of this paper is to show the different opinions and facts about this case id weather is that OJ Simpson was guilty or not.

The O. J. Simpson murder case was a criminal trial that took place at Los Angeles supreme court involving a former national football league player and actor Mr. OJ Simpson. Mr. Simpson was tried on the two cases of murder from 12th of June the year 1994. He was accused of killing his ex-wife Nicole and Ron Goldman who was her friend. According to the case, Nicole Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman were found stabbed to death on the 13th of June 1994. Well the 17th of June, the subject became an object of a low-speed pursuit of an SUV that was owned and driven by tv station. The resident was broadcasted live in the 1994 nba finals. 95 million people were approximated to watch the incident. All the arrests and pursuits, as well as the trials, were some of the most publicized ideas in the whole of the united states history. People saw the case as a dramatic difference while assessing the difference between guilty and innocent and related it to the difference between black and white Americans.

The blacks have always felt that injustice does not favour them and that the white house was hard, fair judgement with the system. For the case of OJ Simpson, the blacks felt that it was not right and that Mr. Simpson was accused falsely because he was black. India the hand, the white Americans felt that justice would be served by convicting Mr. OJ Simpson for murder. Their opinions were also coinciding with the other Mexicans and Hispanics. The share of Americans who believe the probability of guilty that Mr. Simpson had of his wife, and her friend Goldman created a division between the two races for quite a long time. A majority of both sides of the black and white races there was a probability of guilt, and up to that time, there had never been any time when the blacks and white Americans agreed on the criminal justice systems involving different races. However, in the year 1995, the film was done as not guilty in favour of Simpson. Still, the opinions remained divided from both white and black races. It was stated that at the time, more than 80% of the white Americans believed that Mr. Simpson was probably guilty or definitely guilty. The contrary, less than 20% of the black Americans believed that he was guilty and the majority of the blacks believe that he was innocent.Throughout the time, the number increased successively as the opinions started to differ. After the trial was completed, a member of good man’s family filed a civil lawsuit against Simpson. In the year 1997, Simpson was found responsible for the death of both Mrs. Simpson and her friend Goldman. The families were awarded compensatory damage for the case.

In conclusion, the case of o.j. simpson murder case was one of the most controversial cases in the history of the united states. Many people saw it as a case involving the white and black race. As a black American war married a white woman, Mr. OJ Simpson was accused of the murder of his ex-wife and her friend Mr. Ron Goldman. After the ruling was made that Mr. Simpson was not guilty, many blacks African Americans celebrated in the case stating that justice was done as this was a reality. In most cases, the blacks did not expect justice or a decision to go to the favor in a world that they do they stated was dominated by the white. On the other hand, the white felt that this decision was not fair and that Mr. OJ Simpson was responsible for the death of his ex-wife and Mr gold man. Eventually, a decision came out that mr oj simpson was responsible for the death. Therefore mr oj simpson was guilty. Still, after several decades, many people define opinion, and the kids have continuously remained controversial.
