Perception of Employees towards Implementing Safety Training and Safety Culture

The study from this article aims to examine how the employees’ commitment can develop if the organization successfully implements occupational health and safety programs. It reveals that the performance of the organization depends on the commitment level of the employees hence creating an environment in which employees feel they are safe and healthy makes the organization achieve its goals. Also, it emphasizes that organizations that incorporate the opinions of their employees while developing sound policies lead to the development of emotional attachment to the organization hence feel obliged towards the organization. Therefore, safety training and safety culture thus motivate the employees to work towards the professional development and achievement of the organizational goals.
