Regarding the table illustrating critical factors considered when assessing program performance, the center director seeks to establish a cause-effect relationship program and results. He analyzes frequency, issues and attribution incomes to draw a clear line between program evaluation and performance assessment.  tBasing to information provided, program evaluation differs significantly from performance measurement. Ultimately, based on information provided director match issues with attribution result of impact program evaluation which is effective.

Information Needed To Determine Program Failure

Experiment results that show children score the same or worse than the comparison group. The information on program design is crucial in determining program failure. Personal View on Point Improvement of the Children’s Scores In New Curriculum

I firmly believe 10 point improvement of the children’s is worth change in the new curriculum. Changing program intervention may affect the evaluation of the result. The curriculum exposes the subject “children” to a different learning experience and possible challenges to cope with new instruction.
