Quality Home Work

The employee performance software enhances tracking, analyzing and evaluating the performance of the employees by the managers for effective assessing quality within the organization.  In my opinion, tracking the performance of an employee is vital for every organization as the performance and quality depend on the input of employees.  In regards to quality control, the employee performance software inspires the employees to improve performance.  For example, a government hospital in UAE can use the ‘employee performance software’  to boost performance by getting feedback from the workforce within the hospital facility. Also, employee software can be used to solve poor performance by assessing the data to check on the least and most productive employee (Yeh, 2003, 257). The performance software will help in improving the quality of services within the hospital facility by using performance data to adjust the practices within the facility to achieve quality services.

Implementing employee performance technology within a hospital organization can aid in employee involvement and empowering by encouraging employee commitment to achieving the set goals of the organization.  Also, the technology comes along with common incentives such as culture change programs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which are essential tools for improving quality within a hospital organization.  The technology can be effective for a hospital setting which depends on effective communication in different departments to enhance coordinated workflow. Therefore, the employee performance software would include PDCI cycles which provides systematic processes for boosting effective communication as well as giving self-assessment and benchmarking tools that enhance improved performance within a hospital organization.  In a nutshell, the technology goes beyond individual performance to record and merit recording and accessing customer-employee engagement as essential tools for improving quality in an organization.
