Reflections on Healthy Eating Habits

An individual's attitude is an essential aspect to sustaining a healthy dietary lifestyle. Minors living with their parents learn healthy eating habits from what they are taught at home and the influence of the media. Before undertaking the class discussions and research, my opinion on dietary habits was that it takes a combination of forces to constitute a healthy eating diet for aperson. After reviewing responses of my classmates and interacting with several secondary contents on the topic, I have reinforced my views that it takes discipline from a young age to help an individual make the right decisions regarding the food they consume.
