Riviera Cleaners is a cleaning company, intending to meet the needs of the market by providing efficient residential cleaning services across the United States. Riviera Cleaners will offer a wide range of services to residential clients on a daily basis upon request. The company will provide cleaning services in areas such as bathroom, carpets, upholstery, hardwood floors, tiles and grouts, area rugs, windows, kitchen, and bedroom. Also, we will provide post-construction clean-up, sewage and biohazard clean-up and air duct cleaning. When offering our services, we shall consider the privacy, security, and assets of our clients. On the same note, we believe in protecting the environment; therefore, our services will be environmentally friendly.

Our target customers will be an affluent elderly market, couples with young children and professionals with limited time. We will target these families since they will be willing to pay a premium price for our services. We will hire professionals with expertise in delivering high-quality services. Riviera Cleaners is a residential cleaning company that will be located in Los Angeles, CA. The services offered will range from general room cleaning to post-construction clean-up, sewage and biohazard clean-up. The company will be a sole proprietorship owned by Rudi Lacko.

2.1         Mission and Vision Statements

Our vision statement will be: to be a dominant residential cleaning business in the region. We will assure the company vision communicates the purpose and values of the company by tying individual performance to the vision and values of the company. The executive team will communicate the strategic objectives of the company to employees so that they could understand their roles. We will connect the daily activities of each employee with the objectives of the company. Next, the executive team will measure employee performance based on the overall strategic objectives.

Regarding the issue of incorporating the vision into everyday operations of the company, we shall communicate the purpose and values of the company to employees so that they could understand their roles and achieve the desired goals. The use of sufficient channels of communication such as visual aid presentation and email, the company visions will help to increase the business momentum. Second, I will provide awards to employees that best exemplify the company vision statement. A committee will vote on individuals with exceptional performance and whose actions epitomize the values of the company.
