The goal is to use statistical information in making significant decisions that can improve the operations of the institutions. Statistical data show the actual information on the performance of the institution.
Measurement/Assessment
The measurement is done in the form of surveys in measuring the effectiveness of the processes that occur at the institution.
The statistical data shows the resources required to achieve the goal.
Attainable/Achievable
The goal set by the institution should be achievable and realistic when it comes to the goal being achieved under the set goals. The statistical data will show whether the goal is achievable or not. The statistic shows whether the goal is attainable or not.
Relevant and Realistic
The set goal should be realistic in terms of the organization having the capacity of achieving it.

Specific
The second goal is having an effective communication where the communication is done effectively by the receiver getting the correct message from the sender.
The goal is to ensure that when communication is done the message reaches the receiver in the correct form as sent from the sender.
Measurement/Assessment
The response of the receiver measures the measurement of communication. The measurement is done by getting the feedback from the receiver whether they got the right message.
Attainable/Achievable
The channel of communication used should be able to pass the information to the receiver while the information is in the right form. Both the sender and the receiver of the communication should have access to the channel.
Relevant and Realistic
The channel of communication used should be able to pass on the message that is being communicated. Different channels can be used to pass on different kinds of communication.

The goal of doing the work is measured by work being done entirely according to the way it’s supposed to be done.
The work needs to be completed and done in the right way.
Attainable/Achievable
Completing the work goal should be achievable within the time set for the work to be achievable in terms of the work being completed.
Relevant and Realistic
The work is done to fulfill a certain goal that entails the work completed, and there is a specific work that is supposed to be completed daily.
