Null Hypothesis: Improvement of customer service in Michelin star restaurant in Zurich by using Kaizen approach does not result in improved customer perceptions of restaurant service quality. I need 70-page long thesis. Should be quantitative analysis, including statistics. As long as this includes research study, I would love to find someone willing to work on this thesis taking our time together. I also have to submit my papers time to time to my mentor – so we need a constant update. The due date is the end of July, but I would love to finish it ASAP – preferably by 15th June.
