What are the main factors that drive effective stakeholder relationships in disaster management? 2. Are there cross conversations, feedback and feed forward communicational loops in the disaster management system of eThekwini Municipality? 3. Has the disaster management system of eThekwini Municipality resulted in risk reduction?
