Furthermore, suitable educational reforms ensure that citizens can come up with new ways that could promote the development agenda in the countries

Most of the states in the south are still dependent, and this is the reason slavery continues to impact most of the countries. Most of the countries especially those whose GDP is low and the amount of revenue cannot fully support the development projects that are in place. This has made most countries in the south to depend on the north for foreign aids and each country has always been attached to the nations which colonized them. With the state of infrastructure in most colonized nations were so bad that most of them still depend on the colonizers for improvement of the infrastructure and facilities within the country
