The Windows Operating System

An operating system refers to a computer system software which manages the device’s hardware and software resources. Besides, the OS is responsible for the provision of the common services needed by computer programs. Almost every computer makes use of an OS to perform tasks. The two most popular operating systems include Apple’s mac-OS and the Microsoft Windows OS. In this paper, I will describe the OS I identify myself with, reasons as to why I like the OS and the changes I would like to make to the OS if given a chance.

I identify myself with Windows OS, and it is the operating system I have been using since I owned my first computer. I use this OS regularly, and I have been upgrading it, and now I have the latest version, Windows 10, installed in my device. Computers from different manufacturers with a variety of features can make use of Windows OS. I like the Windows OS because it has a great design and it is remarkably convenient. This Operating System allows the user to perform a wide range of tasks quickly and efficiently. I also like the OS because it is regularly updated enabling users to utilize and benefit from the most recent advancements in technology.

Given an opportunity, I would like to change improve the latency of the Windows OS, a problem that has proven to be difficult to solve using simple tools. I want to make this particular change to this Operating System to enable my computer to run faster and as a result, allow me to perform multiple tasks faster and efficiently with increased accuracy.
