I possess a unique learning style which is a combination of two types of learning styles. These two styles are aural and social both of which are effectively used.
The learning tools and teaching methods that I enjoy most, Reasons for my answer:
Listening is one of my main attributes and I effectively use it in learning from my teachers. I have continuously used a sound recorder to record my teacher’s lectures. In addition, aural style helps me to understand this topic in depth.
The learning methods I least like and causes:
Although I use both learning styles, the social learning method is least liked during this procedure. The main reason for the lack of love is that using this method is very confusing for this topic. In addition, previous uses of the learning method have not been as useful as the aural method. Moreover, each student has their own views and points where most of the views and points are different from each other.

What are the learning outcomes for topic 3?
The expected learning outcomes for this topic are primarily centered on how to take effective notes during lectures. In addition, I expect to improve in the organization, summarizing and presentation of notes.
What I achieved/didn’t achieve in Topic 3 and why.
The general outcome of the topic has been successful. In particular, I have improved my note taking skills thanks to my teacher’s lecture. Also, I have bettered my listing skills.

Reasons why I think I was successful/unsuccessful.
As mentioned, the topic was highly successful as all the goals were attained. Now, I can understand my teacher’s lectures while taking clear and concise note from an oral presentation. For this reasons, the topic could not have been anything short of a success.

Despite having made great steps in improving my note taking skills, I still need to enhance my writing speed with time.

Currently, I can bravely confirm that I have witnessed improvements in my listening, writing and note taking skills.
Why do I think I improved in those Areas?
The best parameter to ascertain improvement is the enhanced understanding of my teacher’s lectures. Moreover, I can now take clearer and more concise note from an oral presentation. For this, I think I have improved in those areas.
Are there any areas which I need to focus on my future study? What are they?
Although I have seen great improvements, I still think I need to focus more on not only my reflective learning but also in organizational skills.

The learning tools and teaching methods that I enjoy most, Reasons for my answer:
I have always enjoyed reading different books from library as visual source. The main reason for choosing the visual method is the convenience in taking notes and information. In addition, I have enjoyed social method for the great role they play in facilitating conducting of research in groups or classes.
The learning methods I least like and causes:
Although I use all the methods, I least like solitary method because it is quite impossible for a student to know about all books about an issue. Moreover, I am more prone to the probability of missing important points if I research anything by myself.

Besides the achievement, I need to take action about my self-weakness and enhance my patience.

In what areas have I Improved?
Through the unit, I have managed to improve both my writing and reading skills. Also, my IT and note taking skills are now better due to the unit.
Why do I think I improved in those Areas?
Today, I can study a lot of books from my institute’s library or from Google library online; something that was challenging in the past. In addition, I can also take notes from these books and later write an essay from the notes acquired through reading. Ultimately, the achievements in these units have led to an overall improvement in those areas.
Are there any areas which I need to focus on my future study? What are they?
It would make me better if I improved on my time management skills. I also need to focus more on reflective learning also.

In the course of the analysis, I found out that my learning styles are visual, social and solitary.
The learning tools and teaching methods that I enjoy most, Reasons for my answer:
Through the continued learning, it is evident that I am a social learner who enjoys the social learning style most. I really love to read many journals for this topic. I read many hard copies as well as many soft copies of journal with the help of internet. Most of the reading was however done in groups and classes thus exacerbating my love for social learning.
The learning methods I least like and causes:
The method I like least during this topic is solitary. The reason for this is that it is difficult to read all journals about an issue alone.

What are the learning outcomes for Topic 5?
The task incorporates two learning outcomes which are how to research and write an academic essay or report using journals or periodicals as the main source.
What I achieved/didn’t achieve in this Topic 5 and why.
The achievements from this task have been immense but I’ll only single out a few. I have learned how to find relevant information within journals and articles to support an essay. I have also learned how to cite reference correctly. In addition, I am now familiar with the basic structure of academic writing. Overall, I have achieved a lot in terms of competence and skills in topic 5.

Reasons why I think I was successful/unsuccessful.
Despite the hard work and success, I was not able to achieve all my goals in full. This topic has been significantly challenging for me but that can only present opportunities for improvement. There are some lacks in my searching skills in journal based research. So, I think I was unsuccessful.

I plan to improve my IT skills and change my searching style thus improving the general competence in the topic.

Although I have improved in many areas that cannot all be pointed out, I will single out a few. In particular, I have mainly improved my writing, reading, note taking and IT skills.
Why do I think I improved in those Areas?
The reason for the specific skills is that I can now write an essay easily from journal research. This development is enough proof that I have improved in those areas.
Are there any areas which I need to focus on my future study? What are they?
As mentioned, this area presented challenges to me but has presented areas for improvement. There are two areas which I need to focus on my future study particularly organization skills and reflecting learning skills.

The learning tools and teaching methods that I enjoy most, Reason for my Answer:
With regard to this topic, I enjoy using internet in my PC as visual source. I also love to read e-books for my research. In addition, I like to spend much one-on-one time with a teacher or an instructor. This is very helpful for me to research with a group as a social style.
The learning methods I least like and causes:
Verbal learning style is my worst style since it is difficult for me to express myself verbally. As thus, I didn’t like verbal method during this topic. Solitary is another method which I least like for its limitations in terms of information extraction.

In terms of research report writing, I prefer to learn about the world around me by visualizing image, colors, and maps. In addition, I am a social learner who prefers to conduct research with the help of my friends and teachers. In this regard, I like staying around after class and talking with others regarding this topic.
The learning methods I least like:
I take research to be best when it is a collective effort. It is difficult for me to understand one thing myself. It is not very easy to exhaust a certain issue without incorporating views from others. Extensionally, I don’t like solitary method of self analysis during this topic.

I like to use my brain for solving problems and issues in a systematic way. I often support my points with logical examples or statistics. Solitary is also helpful for me. I am more private, introspective and independent. I take time to ponder and assess my own accomplishments or challenges.

It is not right to use larger hand gestures and other body language to communicate in the exam hall. As this, I least like physical and social methods.
